Bank and other financial instiutions have really low intrest rates on their saving accounts and really high intrest rates on their loans, that can and that are highly volitalile thanks to the central banks role on adjusting their own intrest rate.

Mashiaim has a unique finacial structure that only works thanks to my invention. And this makes it possible for us to give a intrest rate on 16% on our saving accounts. And a negative intrest rate on our loans from - 5% to -15%.
