Growth Co-Founder (AI-first) (Co-Founder Position)

You’ll own B2C growth end-to-end for FeelClear and build the acquisition + retention engine from scratch.

This includes paid ads (Meta/Google/TikTok/ASA), ASO, onboarding + lifecycle (push/in-app/email), pricing/paywall experiments, and creator/affiliate partnerships (strategy only, not execution), measured through retention and CAC payback, not vanity metrics.

You’ll work AI-first to move faster: rapid creative iteration, structured testing, automation, and tight analytics.

This is a true co-founder role with substantial equity and full ownership; salary starts after the raise, with the goal of building something that genuinely improves people’s daily life and performance at work.
